From initial concept sketches to final production, each stage of this footwear design process is developed and directed independently. I personally handle the research and development (R&D), ensuring that every detail—from form exploration to material selection and construction—is carefully refined. The designs are then brought to life through close collaboration with manufacturing partners in China, allowing for precise execution and quality control.
